
On October 27, 2016, the workshop on the use of public electronic services was launched for 11 representatives of public libraries from the raions of Cahul, Briceni, Floreşti, Leova, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina, Taraclia, Telenești, the Ialoveni City Public Library and the Chișinău Municipal Library "B.P. Hașdeu". The trained librarians will become e-Ambassadors of electronic public services and the libraries they represent will become a one stop-shop for providing assistance with e-services.
During the workshop, public electronic services on the www.servicii.gov.md portal for individuals and legal entities were presented. Participants were trained on how to access and apply for services, including the use of the government electronic payment system, government authentication service and access control to electronic signature and other services.

The workshop was organized by the Novateca program in partnership with the E-Government Center at the Center of Statistical Research and Development of the National Library of Moldova. In March and April, another group of 18 librarians received training. They have become e-Ambassadors to promote electronic public services.
