During September 6-7, 2016, a follow-up workshop on new library services was organized. The workshop was hosted by the National Center of Excellence and Training for Librarians and gathered 12 trainer-librarians of the Super Training Centers (Super TCs) from Teleneşti, Bălți, Ceadîr Lunga and Orhei and those of the Regional Training Centers from Nisporeni, Cimișlia, Basarabeasca and Dubăsari.

The follow-up workshop put in discussion such topics as successes and challenges encountered in delivering of trainings on new library services for local librarians and implementing modern library services. The event focused on modern services implemented at the Training Centers, raion and rural libraries, the importance of establishing sustainable partnerships, dissemination successes in implementation of the innovative library services etc. During the event, participants developed strategies to ensure sustainability of the developed services and multiplication of services at local libraries.

Following the implementation of modern library services, Moldovan citizens benefit from various training opportunities on IT, health, employment, communication and many other interactive activities.
