Tatiana Foliușneac and Olga Burac, of the Rîşcani Town Public Library, Regional Training Center were named Trainers of the Month in August 2016.

Two October 2015 training of trainers (TOT) graduates, Tatiana Foliușneac and Olga Burac became actively involved in organizing trainings for the local network librarians on such topics as Modern Library Concepts, IT and Computer Management, Modern Library Services and others.

These trainers ensured successful implementation of ‘The Woman in a Digital format” modern library service which aims at digital literacy and women's empowerment in the town of Rîşcani. Also, the trainers ensured organizing of the first Summer School in Information Technologies for pre-school and school children at the town and the rural libraries, members of the Novateca network, Rîşcani Women's Club and other community initiatives.
