During March 20-24, 2017, trainers from the National Center of Professional Excellence for Librarians, Regional Centers of Professional Excellence from Balti Municipal Library and raion libraries from Orhei, Telenesti, Cahul, Ceadir-Lunga, Causeni, as well as trainers from the Center of Excellence of the National Children’s Library participated in trainings on the advanced Training of Trainers module.

Within the training module, trainers improved their skills on curricula development for various target groups according to the Centers of Excellence’s specialization, and learned how to ensure effectively the transfer of knowledge by simulating training sessions.

"These trainings help us to improve and develop new skills that allow us to train other trainers at local, regional and national level," said Natalia Taran, trainer at the Regional Center for Professional Excellence within the Telenesti Raion Library.

Trainers have developed conceptual and technical skills on developing online courses and have assimilated ways to optimize blogs and Facebook pages, as well as various promotion techniques.

At the end of the training, participants exchanged experience on the specialized curriculum developed by each Center and learned about the accreditation procedure requirements.
