Novateca awarded the certificates to the first series of Novateca trainers. 9 librarians from the raions Ialoveni, Hînceşti Şoldăneşti, Rezina, Teleneşti and Orhei became trainers of the regional training centers. As a result, the trainers will develop and support training programs for both librarians from village libraries and communities across Moldova.

During two weeks, the librarians received trainings and coaching in the field of professional adult education, the "modern library" concepts, and IT and computer management.

The Novateca Program strongly believes that the acquired knowledge and skills will help the trainers develop new library services, aimed at providing public access to information through modern technology.
