Novateca initiates a new project, which aims to motivate, as well as to recognize the efforts of the most active trainer-librarians of the Novateca network.

Thus, each month, until the date of 15, Novateca will monitor the activity of the Novateca trainers and will designate the best trainer of the month. The trainer will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

• The most interactive trainings delivered to local trainers and to community members (from the perspective, content, number of participants and activities, target group);
• The most innovative activities and initiatives organized by the trainers for librarians and for the community;
• The highest number of posts with creative descriptions, likes, shares and comments;
• The highest number of posts and the interaction on the facebook page Novateca TRAINERS;
• The most active trainers that send success stories on how to initiate/deliver trainings.

We remind you that, the first, best trainer was already designated. It is Viorica Gaja, trainer of the Raion Public Library “M. Sadoveanu” from Soroca. Due to the events that she organized, Viorica Gaja contributed to the improvement of professional skills of librarians from Soroca raion, and helped facilitate the access to online information and IT trainings of the community members from Soroca.
