Novateca Program is glad to announce the 13 finalists of the Contest: “Innovative Library Service” that will receive funding for projects that meet community needs.
The contest targeted public libraries from Novateca program and aimed to offer financial support for innovative ideas of librarians who are part of the program. The finalists will obtain financing in the amount of 20,000 lei to implement in practice a new and innovative library service or expand an existing one.
The 13 finalist library services are:
- Service “This is your newspaper. Be informed and get involved.” implemented by the Bravicea Public Library “George Munteanu”, Calarasi raion;
- Service “Your job at a click distance” implemented by the Briceni Raion Public Library;
- Service “Credo Club: Club for Elderly People” implemented by the Cahul Raion Public Library “Andrei Ciurunga”;
- Service “Traditional Games on Computer”, implemented by the Cucoara Public Library, Cahul raion;
- Children Education Service “Together we become better” implemented by the Drujba Public Library, Ungheni raion;
- Service “Chess on real and online” implemented by the Falesti Raion Public Library “M. Eminescu”;
- Service “ECO starts with you - the Internet helps” implemented by the Ialoveni City Public Library “Petre Stefanuca”;
- Service “Flower and Traditions Amateurs Club – Chrysanthemums” implemented by the Panasesti Public Library, Străşeni raion;
- Service “Pregnant Women Club - Successful Mothers” implemented by the Peresecina Public Library implemented, Orhei raion;
- Service on interactive educational program “Tablet and book make our future” implemented by the Soroca Raion Public Library “M. Sadoveanu”;
- Service “INFO-TERRA – Farmers’ Club” implemented by the Taraclia de Salcie Public Library, Cahul raion;
- Service “Youth promote the community online” implemented by the Telenesti Raion Public Library “Vasile Alecsandri”;
- Service “Fantasy Puppet Theatre” implemented by the Tvardita Public Library, Taraclia raion.
