During 17-18 of March, 2016 the National Centre for Librarian Professional Excellence hosted the Reunion of Raion Trainers. The event brought together18 librarians nominated as Best Trainers of the Month during the period of time February, 2015 - February, 2016.

At the event, participants shared their main achievements in the area of public libraries’ modernization both, at the regional and local levels, the implementation of new library services, and delivering of trainings within the Regional Training Centers. They also discussed the difficulties and challenges encountered throughout this process.

Discussions also emphasized the need to establish sustainable partnerships during the process of public libraries’ modernization and focus on the main directions for future library activities, which are to meet the needs of community members.
