The first training for e-ambassadors

On March 25, Novateca and E-Government Center held the first training on public e-services for the 18 newly nominated e-Ambassadors. The public librarians became familiar with the current e-services and explored their benefits.

Participants were trained how to access and use the www.servicii.gov.md portal, make online payments via the governmental service for electronic payment MPay and use the digital signature. They have also generated e-signature and civil status certificate online and have submitted the income statement.

The Novateca e-Ambassadors will deliver training in e-services to raion and local librarians and will bring to attention the benefits of using them. The libraries they represent will become one-stop shops for e-services and librarians will offer information and assistance to the library users.

The second training will be held on April 1, 2016 and it will focus on public e-services available to business environment.
