Over 60 librarians from 13 raions attended on May 20 the republican conference „Public Libraries Develop the Communities. The event’s goal was to highlight the best and most interesting examples of new library services, partnerships and library promotion methods.

On May 12, 2015, Novateca signed a Partnership Agreement with NEXUS Moldova, an initiative offering practical solutions to help Moldovan migrants achieve their goals by means of an integrated service platform (www.nexusnet.md) that allows good communication and migration advice and practices that are beneficial to all.

Natalia Popușoi, from Căușeni Raion Public Library has been assigned the Best Trainer of the Month in April. Natalia has initiated her activity as a trainer during the pilot stage of the Novateca program, starting with November 2013.

GLOWTOBE, a part of Peace Corps Moldova, in partnership with NGO Always Together and English Teacher Iulia Berdos, invite the youth of Moldova aged 14-18 to attend Camp GLOW TOBE (Girls Leading Our World, Teaching Our Boys Excellence). Campers invited will participate in exciting activities and challenging lessons about gender equality, goal setting and youth empowerment. Camp is an excellent opportunity to practice and improve your English skills, interact with American volunteers, and meet other pupils from all across Moldova.
