During 17-18 of March, 2016 the National Centre for Librarian Professional Excellence hosted the Reunion of Raion Trainers. The event brought together18 librarians nominated as Best Trainers of the Month during the period of time February, 2015 - February, 2016.

On March 25, Novateca and E-Government Center held the first training on public e-services for the 18 newly nominated e-Ambassadors. The public librarians became familiar with the current e-services and explored their benefits.

During 15-26 February 2016, Novateca program has successfully conducted a new session of Training of Trainers. In result, nine librarians received the necessary grounding to become trainers in the Regional Training Centers opened at the public libraries from the raions Nisporeni, Cimislia, Basarabeasca, Edinet, Anenii Noi and Donduseni.

It can be a surprise for many citizens to walk into their local public library and hear someone speaking native English. Usually, the local children are the first to know that a real-life American—a US Peace Corps volunteer—is working with community members through the library, collaborating with librarians to develop and offer new services to visitors, and bringing a new international feel to the town or village.
