On Friday, November 25, an exchange between students from the villages of Mereni, Roşcani and Gura Bîcului was organized. The event initiated by a librarian Svetlana Palii, together with a group of students passionate about journalism, took place at the House of Culture in Gura Bîcului.

On 9 November 2016 the e-Ambassadors Reunion brought together 25 representatives of the rational, rural and municipal public libraries that had been trained on the use of electronic public services. The event was organized in partnership with the E-Government Center and took place at the Moldova-Korea Information Access Center.

On October 27, 2016, the workshop on the use of public electronic services was launched for 11 representatives of public libraries from the raions of Cahul, Briceni, Floreşti, Leova, Nisporeni, Orhei, Rezina, Taraclia, Telenești, the Ialoveni City Public Library and the Chișinău Municipal Library "B.P. Hașdeu".

Reading has long been the simplest way for humans to transfer ideas in order to gain detailed knowledge from various sources. In the era of digitization, eBooks have become a powerful source of information that offer the added benefits of accessibility and instantaneity.

During 13-15 September 2016, the Networking Meeting of Trainers was organized. The event brought together 66 librarians trained within the Novateca program, including representatives of the Regional Super Training Centers (Super TCs) from Bălți, Telenești, Orhei, Căușeni, Ceadîr-Lunga, Cahul, the National Center of Excellence and Training of Librarians in Chișinău, trainers of Raional Training Centers, the National Library of Moldova, and trainers of the National Library for Children.
